Everything About Our Product Warranty
Close-Guard products are covered by a limited-time warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Unless explicitly defined on your Invoice or Purchase Order, all products purchased from us are covered by a 6 months warranty.
If any problem arises with a Close-Guard product after purchase, if there is an issue with the accessories or any manufacturing issue, we fix the item within 1-2 business weeks from receiving the item or we replace the defected item depending on the issue and item availability.
Try not to over stuff your Close-Guard product or put things in there that don’t belong, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
If it was another issue, we evaluate whether it was an issue related to manufacturing or misuse.
Glose-Guard warranty doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Close-Guard product through our website, outlet or through one of our authorized channel partner, and you must provide proof of purchase.
For products that requires the services of specialized technician for deployment such as CCTV, Car Trackers, Access Control, etc, you can only make a warranty claim if such product was installed or deployed by a "Certified Close-Guard Technician".
How do I make a claim?
Please email our support team firstname.lastname@example.org with your product details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
